Plant Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on plants. The delicate nature of plants makes them susceptible to transit stress, which could harm them during a return journey. However, we guarantee that every plant will arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition.
Please note that due to the transit, plants may appear slightly stressed upon arrival. With proper care, sunlight, and watering, they will quickly regain their vibrant, healthy state.

Returns for Non-Plant Products
We accept returns on non-plant products if they arrive damaged. We take pride in offering carefully selected items to enhance your plant care experience. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
Self-Return Process
If you wish to return a non-plant item:
- Return the item to us within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Once we receive the product, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
